Foxborough's FY2026 residential tax rate is $13.00 per $1,000 of assessed value. Mansfield's FY2026 residential tax rate is $13.09 per $1,000. On a home assessed at $500,000, that is $6,500 a year in Foxborough and $6,545 a year in Mansfield, a difference of $45.

Both towns use a split tax rate, so commercial, industrial and personal property pays more per $1,000 than homes do: $19.81 in Mansfield and $18.24 in Foxborough. A rate is not a bill.
